I have been with WSL since 2010 and have served in a few different roles. I manage the overall operations, upkeep and staff of Waterford Senior Living and Waterford Memory Care to make sure all functions of the facilities are consistent with our Mission of providing quality care to all of our residents. My favorite part of my job is interacting with residents and working with my great teammates. I am married and have three daughters; one in college and two in high school; and one son in the United States Air Force. In my free time I love to spend time with my family.

I was one of the original staff when WSL opened in January 2007. I provide tours and information to potential new residents and their families. I am also very proud to be our Resident and Family advocate. If a resident or family has any concerns or questions regarding cares received, I am the person who can sort it all out. I love my position here. Every day brings more challenges. I am passionate to make sure every one of our residents receive the care, respect and love they deserve.

I started with WSL in 2017. I provide patient care coordination services for our residents. I assist with addressing resident’s health care concerns and providing continuity of care. I strive to help our residents receive the highest level of care by working closely with physicians, pharmacies, outside providers and other members of our interdisciplinary team. I have been working the geriatric population since 2006 and find my work to be very rewarding by helping others and making a difference in their quality of life. Outside of my career, I enjoy spending time with my children and family and participating in outdoor activities.

Rhiannon Noble - Memory Care Activity Director

I have been with WSL since Memory Care opened in 2012. I oversee the day-to-day operations of the Activity Department. It is my job to plan, facilitate, and carryout therapeutic and recreational programs for all the residents that pass through our doors. It is my goal to provide a fun, warm, and nurturing environment for our Residents and their families while they are here. I am passionate about working with those affected by Alzheimer’s disease. I also enjoy art, music, dance, and spending time with my family. Our three kids keep my husband and I plenty busy!

Cindy Lotzer - Assisted Living Activity Director

I was one of the original staff when WSL opened in 2007. I manage all aspects of the Activity Department in Assisted Living. I plan all of the activities, facilitate many of them and work with several dedicated volunteers to facilitate the rest of the activities. I have been a presenter at state and national conferences highlighting our activity program to other activity professionals. My husband and I live in Waterford and have three adult children and one grandchild, Mason, who we love spending time with.

Geri Norberg - Food Service Director

I began working at WSL in 2010 as kitchen staff, was in Activities in Memory Care for a couple years and then promoted to the Food Service Director in 2014. I oversee the functions of the kitchens by menu planning, ordering food and supplies, training staff, meal prep and much more. I absolutely love being with our residents and my goal is to make them smile. I have three wonderful adult sons and a two year old Yorkie mix dog that is spoiled rotten!

Abby Kennedy - Administrative Assistant

I started working at WSL as a caregiver five years ago. I manage the employees’ schedules, facilitate the new hire Onboarding process and coordinate training. I wear many different hats here and I enjoy being able to help other staff and share my knowledge and skills with them. My favorite part about my job is that I interact with people every day. I love conversing with our residents and knowing that the work we do here at Waterford Senior Living makes a difference in people’s lives, it is very rewarding. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, hunting, fishing, boating, camping, and spending time with my dog and boyfriend.

Matt Giese - Marketing Director

I began working for Great Lakes Senior Living in 2017. I am responsible for the marketing activities of our locations in Beloit, Milton and Waterford. At each of our communities, we aim to create a compassionate environment where our residents and guests are treated with dignity and respect. In addition to helping with that objective, my favorite part of working for Great Lakes Senior Living is helping people transition to their new home in our community. When I’m not at work, you can usually find me spending time with my wife and daughters or on the golf course!

I began working at WSL before it opened in 2006 as the Executive Director. In 2015 I was promoted to President of the company to oversee and manage all of Great Lakes Senior Living. We have three locations in Wisconsin; Beloit, Milton and Waterford. My goal for the company is to be a leader in the Assisted Living industry by providing excellent care to our residents and families, a positive and supporting workplace to our employees and local community involvement. I live in Waterford with my husband and two young daughters.
